Stop Guessing the Price
Your standard items with their price, their cost and the margin between the two — droppable into any estimate in one tap.
Pricing from memory means the same job costs $340 in March and $420 in July, depending on your mood and the customer's kitchen.
How it works
- Add an item: name, category, unit.
- Set the price you charge and the cost you pay.
- The margin calculates itself. That number is often the surprise.
- Building an estimate, hit "add from pricebook" and drop items in.
- Import a spreadsheet by CSV if you already have a list.
Don't start from a blank page
There's a shared catalog of real trade materials and equipment — filter by trade and category, and it comes with suggested prices and sources. Select what you carry and bulk-add it to your pricebook. Then adjust the prices to your market, because a catalog cannot know what your supply house charges you.
Doing this once is what makes estimates take two minutes instead of twenty, and it's the only way you'll ever find out which of your standard jobs is quietly losing money.
Where you'll find it
Web at /dashboard/pricebook and /dashboard/catalog, both in the mobile app too. Technicians see the pricebook only if you allow it.
