Your Daily Flow

1

View your assigned jobs

Your dashboard shows today's jobs with addresses and scheduled times.

2

Clock in

Tap Clock In when you start your day, or clock in to a specific job. Your time is tracked automatically.

3

Do the work

Tap into a job to see details, update the status to In Progress, and let the customer know you're on the way.

4

Clock out

When you're done, clock out. Your hours are recorded for the business owner.

Tasks

Owners can assign you a Task for office work, follow-ups, job prep, or anything that does not need to be a full job. Assigned tasks show in your notifications and appear on your dashboard even when the Tasks section is hidden.

A task may stand alone or sit under a job. Open it to see the deadline, notes, optional line items, and update the status as you work.

Logging Expenses

If you buy materials or incur costs on a job, log them under Business Expenses. Add a description, amount, and snap a photo of the receipt. The business owner will see it attached to the job.

Photos

You can take photos from within a job — before, during, or after the work. These are visible to the business owner and can be shared with the customer.

Messages

Use messages to communicate with the business owner about a job. It keeps everything in one place and you'll get notified when there's a reply.
