Getting Customers Into the Portal
Text it, email it, or read them a code over the phone. And you can quote and schedule for someone before they ever accept.

The portal only helps if people are in it. Make joining take one tap, not a conversation.
How it works
- Text the invite. Pick them from your phone's contacts and it opens your own messaging app with the invite already written — you tap send, so it arrives from your number, in a thread they'll recognise.
- Or email it. That one we send for you.
- Or copy the join link and paste it wherever you like.
- Or read them your business code over the phone and they enter it themselves.
Don't wait for them to accept
Create a pending customer right away. You can quote them, schedule them and invoice them immediately, and send the invite from that record whenever it suits. Nothing is blocked on them signing up.
If you'd rather your crew didn't invite customers, there's a setting for that — it's off-limits to technicians unless you allow it.
Where you'll find it
Web at /dashboard/invite-customer, and Invite Customers in the mobile app, where the contact picker lives.
