Stop Chasing Unpaid Invoices Yourself
Turn on one switch and unpaid invoices get a polite nudge every week until they're settled. You never have to be the bad guy.
Nobody enjoys the follow-up call about money. So it doesn't get made, and the invoice ages another month.
How it works
- Open your marketing settings and switch on payment reminders.
- That's it. There's no schedule to build.
- Any invoice that's been sent and isn't paid gets a reminder email every 7 days.
- Each email fills in the invoice number, the amount due and the due date automatically.
- The pay button goes in the email too, so settling it is one tap.
- Reminders stop the moment the invoice is marked paid — by you or by an online payment.
The tone is a nudge, not a threat. It reads like an office manager wrote it, which is the point.

Web at /dashboard/marketing. One toggle, applies to every unpaid invoice from then on.
