Plan the Day's Route, Then Watch It Happen
An ordered route per technician with drive times, miles and ETAs — and a live map showing where everyone actually is.
Three techs crossing town past each other all morning is a cost you never see on an invoice.
How it works
- Pick a date and a technician. You get their stops in an optimized order.
- The summary tells you stop count, total drive time, total miles and the ETA at each stop.
- Check it against the map before you commit to it.
- Hand off to navigation — the tech taps Navigate and their phone takes over.
- Switch to the live tracking tab to see active technicians moving on the map, refreshing every minute.
Operator mode is the denser version: one day at a time, search, and filters for status, assignment and unscheduled work. It's built for whoever is fielding calls all day and needs to find the nearest available truck.
Location tracking is consent-based. Technicians see a disclosure screen and have to agree before their phone shares position, and the location history is pruned automatically.

Web at /dashboard/dispatch, and Dispatch in the mobile app. The phone is what actually reports position.
