One Email, Every Customer
A price change, a storm, a new service, a holiday schedule. Write it once and it goes to your whole list.

You already have a list of everyone who has ever paid you. Most businesses in this trade never email it.
How it works
- Open marketing and start a broadcast.
- Write the message. On web you get real formatting — headings, bold, italic, links, lists.
- Send. It goes to every customer on your list who has an email address on file, and to their extra addresses too if you've recorded any.
- You get a confirmation with the number it actually reached, and the number it couldn't.
There's no recipient count before you send and no way to pick a subset — it is genuinely everyone. Write it as though the whole list will read it, because they will.
The mobile version sends plain text only and will point you at web when you want formatting. Fair enough — nobody wants to build an email on a phone in a truck.
What's actually worth sending
A cold snap warning with what to check. A note that you now do the thing you didn't do last year. Your holiday schedule. Anything that reminds a past customer you exist, before their pipe bursts and they Google someone else.
Don't send weekly. You'll be marked as spam and lose the list.
Where you'll find it
Web at /dashboard/marketing. Also available in the mobile app in plain text.
