The Customers Who Haven't Called in a While
Set how long counts as too long. Anyone who goes quiet past that gets a note, automatically, every Monday.

Winning back someone who already paid you once is far cheaper than buying a new lead. It just never makes it onto anyone's to-do list.
How it works
- Decide what counts as gone quiet — six months, a year, whatever fits your trade.
- Set that inactivity period in your marketing settings.
- Leave it alone.
- Every Monday, customers who cross that line get an email.
That's the whole feature. It runs in the background forever and needs nothing from you.
Getting the period right
An annual boiler service means six months is too early and fourteen months is too late. Emergency-only plumbing has a much longer natural gap. Pick the number where a customer being quiet genuinely means they've drifted, not that they simply haven't needed you.
If you're not sure, start long. A reminder that arrives too early feels like nagging; one that arrives at eighteen months feels like a helpful nudge.
