Bringing Data In From a Spreadsheet or ServiceTitan
Upload the file, tell us which column is which, see exactly what's coming in before it lands.
Nobody switches software because migrating the data looks like a week they don't have. It isn't.
How it works
- Upload your file — CSV, JSON, or a ServiceTitan JSON export.
- Map the columns. Each field shows an example value from your actual file, so you can see you've matched the right one.
- Skip any column you don't want to bring across.
- Review the summary before committing: total rows, rows filtered out with the reason why, and rows ready to import.
- Import.
That filtered-out list is the part worth reading. It'll tell you plainly that 40 rows had no name, or that a date column isn't a date — which is usually a mapping mistake you can fix and re-run, not a problem with your data.
You can import customers, team members, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, inventory and your pricebook.
