Using Tradesman

Take Bookings From the Website You Already Have

Two routes in: publish the free Tradesman site with a request form built in, or post from your existing site straight into your request queue.

Take Bookings From the Website You Already Have

A contact form that emails you is a lead you'll lose. A request that lands in your queue is a job.

How it works

If you use the Tradesman site: publish it, and the request form is already there. Submissions arrive tagged as coming from your website.

If you have your own site: we can connect it.

  1. We issue your business a private intake key.
  2. Your developer posts the form to our intake endpoint with that key.
  3. The key alone identifies your business — there's nothing to configure per form.
  4. We match the submission to an existing customer or create a new one.
  5. The request appears in your queue and we send you a notification and a push alert.

Setup is white-glove — email support and we'll issue the key and walk your developer through it.

Where you'll find it

The built-in form ships with your published site. The intake key is issued by us; there's no self-serve screen for it yet.
