Request, Estimate, Job, Invoice
Four columns and one direction of travel. You can see every piece of work you have, and what it's waiting on.
Work leaks out of a service business between the stages, not during them. The estimate nobody followed up. The finished job nobody invoiced.
How it works
- Open the pipeline. Four columns: service requests, estimates, jobs, invoices.
- Anything sitting too long in a column is the thing to deal with today.
- Convert with the guided actions — request to estimate, request straight to job, estimate to job, job to invoice.
- Each conversion carries the details forward. You're not retyping an address for the fourth time.
- If something dies, remove it from the pipeline so it stops cluttering the board.
Items only move forward. There's no dragging a paid invoice back to being an estimate, because that isn't a thing that happens.

Web at /dashboard/pipeline, and in the mobile app's navigation. Owners live on this screen.
