Quick Book: Book the Job While They're Still on the Phone
You already talked to them. Skip the request queue — pick job or estimate, type a brand-new customer, set the time, assign the tech, all on one screen.

The phone rings, you agree on Thursday morning, and then the details live on a sticky note. Quick Book is the screen that stops that.
How it works
- Choose what you're creating — a job or an estimate.
- Search for an existing customer, or just type a new one: name, phone, email, service address. You can send them a portal invite from the same form.
- Set the date and the start and end time.
- Assign the technicians who are actually going.
- Set the tax rate, add notes, save.
It bypasses the service request queue entirely, because there's nothing to review — you were on the call.
Where you'll find it
Web at /dashboard/quick-book, and Quick Book in the mobile app. Owners and anyone with booking permission can use it.
