One Job, One Timeline
The request, the estimate, every send and every approval, the job, the messages, the photos, the hours, the invoice. In order, on one page.

When a customer says "nobody ever told me that," you want one screen that settles it.
What's on it
- The service request that started it, if there was one.
- The estimate, plus every event on it: sent, accepted, declined, expired, with timestamps.
- The job being created.
- Every chat message, in order.
- Notes anyone added.
- Every photo, and who took it.
- Every clock-in and clock-out, with the duration worked.
- The invoice and everything that happened to it.
It reads top to bottom like a story. New tech picking up a job somebody else started can read it in thirty seconds and know where things stand.
It's also the fastest way to answer "why did this job take eleven hours" without interrogating anyone.
Where you'll find it
